A few years ago, my brother-in-law from Naples asked me "How can you call the sauce 'Napoli Sauce' when you use local tomatoes?" He insisted we make the sauce with Italian tomatoes and I had to conceed - the Italian tomatoes are king. With basil and Australian extra virgin olive oil, this sauce is simply wonderful. Our sauces are made fresh with no added preservatives. We will always provide the best use by date available, however to extend the storage life you can freeze it at home and keep for up to 6 months. You can request frozen versions of all our products. These are snap frozen in a commercial deep freeze and generally have a longer shelf life.   Napoli sauce, often referred to as Neapolitan sauce, is a classic Italian tomato-based sauce originating from Naples. It is known for its simplicity and rich, savory flavor. The sauce typically includes ingredients like tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, onions, basil, and oregano.
