Returns & Product Availability Policy

PLEASE NOTE: CLAIMS FOR CREDIT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNLESS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

Damaged or Unfit Products

On rare occasions, products may arrive spoiled, damaged, or otherwise unfit for consumption. If a product is delivered in such a state, you will be entitled to an exchange or refund at the discretion of BiviHome

  • Imperfections: You acknowledge that fresh produce may have natural imperfections. These variations do not automatically entitle a product to a refund or exchange unless the item is genuinely unfit for use.
  • Reporting an Issue: Please contact our customer service team at customerservice@bivihome.com.au as soon as you become aware of an issue.
  • Evidence Required: To process your claim, we require a clear photograph of the product as delivered, depicting the specific damage or defect. This allows us to verify the claim and maintain our quality standards.
  • Collection of Defective Goods: If a refund or exchange is approved, we may require you to return the defective product at the same time the replacement is delivered or the refund is processed.
  • Change of Mind: BiviHome does not offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind regarding a product order.

Availability of Products

BiviHome reserves the right to withdraw or suspend any product from sale, either temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice. BiviHome will not be liable for any loss (consequential, direct, or indirect) suffered by you or any third party due to the withdrawal or suspension of a product.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Products may occasionally be out of stock or unavailable.
  • Images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and may not represent the exact size, dimension, or packaging of the product.
  • You are responsible for reading and accepting the written description of the products prior to submitting your order.
